1. The product
SnipPage is a Chrome extension for capturing, editing, organizing, and exporting webpage evidence. These terms apply to the Free plan, Pro preview, Pro Annual license, and limited Founding Lifetime license.
2. License grant
SmartGuy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SnipPage. A paid license may be active in up to two browser profiles or devices at a time. During the paid pilot, activation replacement is handled through support after you remove the old browser's license; self-service activation must be available before public checkout opens. You may not resell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer except where law permits, or use license keys to provide access to others.
3. Annual and lifetime terms
Pro Annual renews yearly until canceled and unlocks Pro while the paid subscription remains active. Founding Lifetime is limited to the first 200 completed purchases and grants a one-time, perpetual right to use the Pro capabilities made available through the SnipPage extension, including generally released updates to that extension, for as long as SnipPage remains technically available. It is not a subscription and does not promise that Chrome, third-party websites, stores, or support services will operate forever.
4. Your content and acceptable use
You retain responsibility for the pages and content you capture and share. Use SnipPage only where you have the right to do so, respect privacy and copyright, and do not use it to bypass access controls, distribute malware, or violate law. Review exports before sharing, particularly redactions.
5. Availability and third parties
Chrome, Gmail, website behavior, payment processing, and browser APIs are controlled by third parties and may change. SnipPage may adapt, suspend, or retire functionality when required for security, law, or platform compatibility. Material paid-plan changes will be explained before they take effect.
6. Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record shown at checkout and handles payment collection, taxes, receipts, subscription management, and eligible refunds. Annual access continues through the paid period after cancellation. See the refund policy.
7. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, SnipPage is provided without guarantees that every website can be captured perfectly. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Before public sale, these draft terms should be reviewed for the publisher's jurisdiction.
